This page is a pure compendium of information. Its goal is to list any rules that are not explicitly stated on the server. Use the Reference List to mark down uncertain facts or missing explanations (and remove those notes once they serve no purpose anymore).
General rules[]
- Unnamed characters are allowed in the bot, but only if they are relevant (main character or similar). A "description" can work in place of a name.
- If you swap an existing character, it has to be from the same series and of the same gender.[1]
- You can suggest art by artists who have contributed to a series in an official way (promotional art and the likes). Be wary, games with main menu fanart will sometimes be deemed as against the rules.[2]
- Puppets, mascot costumes and similar are allowed in the bot provided no irl humans are visible (examples: Mikudayo, Dalek Caan, C-3PO, R2-D2).
- Characters cannot have a gif as a main picture save for Bongo Cat. The character also breaks the "5 gifs maximum" rule.
- Aliases that start with "a", unless highly specific, are usually rejected. (Examples of accepted "a" aliases: A Bug of Light Wriggling in the Dark, An Easygoing Egoist. Examples of rejected "a" aliases: A Vampire, A Cool Chick.) Cropping the "a" part from a screenshot doesn't make the alias more legitimate, and you would have to be able to defend it properly if it seems too dubious to get in.
- Avoid using videos as sources for aliases. Even with a timestamp, mods probably won't check them out, and people tend to vote less. Screenshot what's important.
Nudity in pictures[]
- NOTE that all of the following apply to females only:
- Open shirts with no underwear underneath are denied.
- Bath and onsen images have to be cropped above the breasts. The water line being used as a censor is not enough.
- Back views where the character is nude are not allowed.
- "Convenient censors" (hair, items and so on) are not allowed.
- Groping is also disallowed.
SCP series[]
- SCP characters can have real life pictures.
- They can have pictures in black & white, regardless of the medium.
- Fanart IS allowed for the series, but it has to be on the character's wiki page.
Pokémon Bundle[]
- Pokémon are allowed to be suggested as species in the Pokédex series. These species entries can have pics from all official depictions of said Pokémon except when it concerns pictures of an individual with a seperate entry in the bot. (Example: Pikachu (Species) cannot have pictures of Ash's Pikachu.)
- An individual character entry includes the whole evolutionary line.
- Regional variants can be split unless the regional has the same pre-evolution as the normal variant or in the case that the normal is single-stage and the regional is a two-stage line. In that case the two lines are merged into one entry.
- Main pic and primary name should be of the evolution that comes first in the national dex
- Unique individual (story relevant) Pokémon are only allowed seperately in the bot if their appearance is major enough.
