Birmingham is a protagonist in Azur Lane, light cruiser from Eagle Union whose the real life counterpart is USS Birmingham. She could be built in limited construction during the event Ashen Simulacrum.
As a playable character, she denies resting until the sea becomes calm again. She is very serious, sometimes a bit cold and stoic. Birmingham explains she is like this to "be in order to repel the darkness that envelops the sea".
