Belchan is a character in Azur Lane, more childish version of Belfast, from which the real counterpart is HMS Belfast. She could be gotten via the event Operation Manjuu, before Chinese and Japanese servers allowed her to be in the light construction pool.
As a playable character, she has most of the traits her adult self has. However, she reveals Belfast didn't take care of her very much, and expects from the commander to do better than her. Belchan would even serve the commander if they were in trouble, like her Special Touch line makes understand.
