Barry is a rollable game and animanga husbando primarily in the Pokémon Diamond/Pearl/Platinum series in Mudae. He is the son of Palmer and the childhood friend and rival of Lucas or Dawn in Pokémon Diamond, Pearl, Platinum, Brilliant Diamond, and Shining Pearl. He is very impatient and determined to achieve his goals.
In Pokémon the Series: Diamond & Pearl, Barry is one of Ash Ketchum's rivals and an occasional traveling companion of Ash's group. Like his game counterpart, he is also very impatient and determined.
