Baltimore is a protagonist in Azur Lane, heavy cruiser from Eagle Union whose the real life counterpart is USS Baltimore. She could be built during the event Ashen Simulacrum.
As a playable character, she fights for justice and freedom, and she is not formal as she may pretend. She wants everyone to stay on the path of justice. She enjoys shopping and wants to be a bit more girly when her affection for the commander rises up.
