Ayano Cafeaulait is one of the main characters in Mix Ore. Her route is chosen if the player selects a café au lait. She was one of Yatarou's classmates. In her route, Yatarou is revealed to have been a pervert who made multiple advances onto Ayano. This scarred her and left her seeking revenge. In order to get it, she tried to kill Yatarou by forcing him into the path of an oncoming car. The attempt on his life failed, and he instead lost his memory. Ayano goes to the hospital to finish him. But instead of killing him immediately, she toys with his feelings and pretends to be interested in a relationship with him. Ayano is characterized as a yangire, a person that acts nice at first, but becomes violent and murderous for any non-romantic reason, usually due to past trauma.
Ayano is a recurring character in the CHARON Universe. She appears as a kindergarten teacher in Full Bokko Youchien, and reappears in the game End of Imitation World, where she is fought as the first boss.
